Stub Axle Hub Oil Seal Runner
Equivalent to Land Rover 599698 (used for reference only)
This is the part that the hub oil seal runs on and invariably wears a groove. The early stub axle versions simply knock off. But if you have been hammering away like a mad one for ages it is most probably the later version with the oil seal runner cast as part of the stub axle!
