Returns Policy

Returns of parts not needed -

All goods sold online are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, which allow customers the right to cancel their order within 7 working days after the date the goods were delivered. Cancellation requests must be either by email to - or in writing. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender and not DLS unless the item is found to be faulty, in which case DLS will refund postal costs. A valid invoice must accompany all returned goods. Please ensure all items are securely packed to avoid damage, that you insure the goods appropriately and obtain proof of shipment. Please be aware that all goods must be in the same condition as at the point of sale and with their original packaging.

Returns of faulty parts - 

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 14 days from receipt of the item.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

All new parts that are purchased online come with a 12 month warranty. DLS will not be liable for lost or damaged items on return or labour costs.

Returns are processed as as fast as possible and can take up to 14 days
